I visited your store years ago and noticed that some things had changed. I was simply curious and asked a few questions because I genuinely wanted to learn more about your products and the business. Unfortunately, I didn't feel particularly welcomed. The communication felt somewhat lacking in warmth and patience, which made the experience less comfortable than I had expected.
I truly believe your products are excellent. With a little more patience and a warmer customer service experience, I think the overall experience would be outstanding.

Love this broth so much, it is delicious, the best chicken broth I have ever had, really enjoy it. I don't think that i would be able to make such broth at home and will keep buying it, the one thing is that the shipping is very high since we don't live local there, but worth for the price.
I love this sauce, it has good taste, and incomparable flavor, and spicy.
