Shipping Information: We usually ship within 3 business days from receiving your orders. We replenish our stock twice sometimes 3 times a week. Please allow up to 7 business days to receive your order. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us for more information. We will use carrier at our own choice, currently we use UPS fedex next air shipping only.
All orders are shipped via UPS and include delivery confirmation or tracking information, which will be provided to you in the shipping confirmation e-mail. Next day air shipping is generally 1 business days (not guaranteed). We cannot guarantee the timeframe or parcel arrival date for any shipping method, but strive to get it to you on time.
Risk of Loss: All orders are made pursuant to a shipment contract meaning that the risk of loss and title for such orders pass to you upon Broth Inc. delivery of the order to the UPS shipping center. We encourage you to use the tracking information supplied for your order to track and retrieve items promptly.
Order Arrival: Our broths are shipped frozen and should be refrigerated or frozen upon delivery to ensure freshness.
Responsibility for Product once it's shipped: Once an order has been delivered to UPS, BROTH Inc. is no longer responsible for the contents. We encourage our customers to use the tracking information we'll provide to track shipments and retrieve their items promptly. Our broth is shipped frozen and should be placed in the refrigerator or freezer immediately upon arrival.
Terms and Policy
The content, organization, graphics, design, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part is strictly prohibited.
We make every effort to display color as accurately as possible. However, due to different lighting and differences in monitors, we cannot guarantee that the color display on you monitor will 100% reflect the color of the product.
3. Limited Right to Use.
Any viewing, printing, or downloading from www.welovebroth.com are for your personal use only. Any distribution of the contents is prohibited.
4. Shipping Policy.
Your orders are usually shipped within 3 business days andmay take up to 7 business days to arrive. We will assist in anyway possible to resolve any issues regarding shipping, but we cannot guarantee shipping service due to various challenges that are out of our control. We strongly recommend that you examine the shipment immediately upon delivery for any damages. Please inform us and the carrier right away if there are damages to the shipment.
5. Payment and Orders Acceptance.
We accept continental US orders only. We accept Visa, Master Card, Diner's Club, American Express, and Discover, however, we do not accept payment using credit card issued outside of US.
6. Cancellation and Order Change Policy:
All sales are final after 2 hours from the time the order was placed. Once an order has exceeded the 2 hour window to change/cancel your order, no changes/cancellations are possible. Similarly, if you wish to add to your order, Broth Inc. reserves the right to treat any additions as a second order incurring additional shipping charges.
7. Refund Policy:
While we do not accept returns for our food products, but we will issue credit for products that are damaged en route to their destination. To seek credit, please email or call us with the following information:
We reserve the right to determine whether a refund is approved or not. Upon approval for a refund, we also reserve the right to decide whether a full or partial refund should be issued. Any refund issued will be done so either by crediting back the credit card used to purchase, or by company check. We do not offer refunds on shipping.
8. Liabilities - Disclaimer of Warranty
All merchandise sold on our site are warranted by its respective manufacture.
